The PowerHer™ Builders Hub is operated by Dr. Jennifer Keitt and the Keitt Institute. When this policy refers to “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means the Keitt Institute.

We collect only what we need to operate the hub and communicate with you. This includes:
- Account information: your name, username, and email address when you create a Builder account on this site.
- Login and access data: basic WordPress logs of when you log in and access protected pages. This helps us manage membership access.
- Communications: if you email us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to your request.
We do not collect payment information or phone numbers directly on this site. Those are collected by our third-party partners (see below).
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your Builder account and hub access
- Verify your membership status
- Respond to questions or support requests
- Send you communications related to your membership, including teaching updates and Power Break™ coaching texts
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Some parts of your Builder experience involve trusted third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data.

- Correct any inaccurate information in your account
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of Power Break™ coaching texts at any time by replying STOP to any message
